What you will feel
Description and size
Improves sleep quality, supports recovery and aligns your neck naturally. Built for side and back sleeping: the taller edge fills the shoulder-to-neck gap, the shallower edge cradles the skull. Flip the pillow to switch.
Size: 62 cm long × 37 cm wide × 12 cm high. Weight 1.2 kg.
Materials
High density adaptive memory foam core at 50 kg/m³, with a perforated ventilated structure so air moves through the pillow instead of collecting under your head.
Removable poly-viscose knit cover with moisture wicking properties.
Care
The cover unzips and machine washes at 40°C. We suggest every two weeks.
The foam core is spot clean and air dry only — it should not go in the machine.
Shipping and returns
Free tracked shipping on every order, arriving in 4 to 6 working days. Tracking reaches you by email as soon as it ships.
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Unused and in its original packaging, you get a full refund. Unboxing and inspecting it is fine, exactly as you would in a shop. Once it has been slept on it cannot be resold, so in line with EU consumer law we deduct for the loss in value rather than refunding the full amount.
Velvet Pillow
Three things you can watch
See the difference for yourself.
No more hot, sweaty nights
The perforated cover and ventilated foam let air move through the pillow instead of trapping heat against your skin.
A foam that adapts to you
High density memory foam takes the shape of your head and neck under load, then returns to its contour every morning.
Say goodbye to neck tension
The contour holds your head, neck and spine in a natural line, so the muscles that usually compensate get to switch off.
Engineered for deeper sleep
Every curve has a purpose.
Aligns your spine while you sleep
Cervical support. The dual-height contour cradles your neck in its natural curve, keeping head, cervical vertebrae and shoulders in line all night.
- Dual loft design for side and back sleeping
- Ortho groove centres your head naturally
- Prevents the head from tilting or rolling
High density foam that adapts to you
Pressure relief. The foam moulds to your head and neck under load, distributing weight evenly and removing the pressure points that cause tossing.
- High density adaptive memory foam
- Evenly distributes head and neck weight
- Holds its shape night after night
Built to stay fresh, night after night
Easy care design. The removable outer cover unzips and machine washes, so keeping it clean is genuinely simple.
- Removable machine washable cover
- Helps maintain a fresher sleep surface
- Designed for simple long term care
Breathable design, no sweaty nights
Stays cool. The perforated core and moisture wicking cover release heat and circulate air, so you stay cool even on warm nights.
- Ventilated foam core promotes airflow
- Moisture wicking removable cover
- Machine washable at 40 degrees
The hidden problem
Your pillow is quietly ruining your mornings.
Neck stiffness
Your pillow collapses overnight, leaving your neck unsupported for hours.
Morning headaches
Poor alignment builds tension at the base of the skull overnight.
Restless tossing
Without support you constantly shift positions searching for comfort.
Numb arms
Flat pillows compress your shoulder and cut circulation while you sleep.
What it actually does
Seven things a flat pillow cannot do.
Fix neck pain and morning stiffness
Keeps your head, neck and spine in a natural position throughout the night, helping reduce strain and preventing stiffness caused by poor sleeping posture.
Cervical spine alignment support
Holds your spine in place through the night, which supports healthy blood flow and helps you stay in one position instead of hunting for a new one.
Pressure relief for shoulders and upper back
Evenly distributes weight across head, neck and shoulders to reduce pressure points, helping your muscles relax for deeper, uninterrupted rest.
Stops side sleeper arm numbness
The arm slot gives your lower arm somewhere to go instead of being trapped under the pillow, which is what cuts circulation and wakes you with pins and needles.
Helps reduce snoring
Holding the neck in a neutral line keeps the airway more open than a collapsed pillow that lets the chin drop toward the chest.
Breathable cooling, no sweaty nights
A perforated core moves heat out rather than trapping it against your head, and the cover wicks moisture away.
A cover you can actually wash
The outer cover unzips and goes in the machine at 40 degrees. The foam core is spot clean and air dry only.

Why density matters more than thickness
Low-density foam feels soft in the shop and compresses permanently within months, which is why a pillow that felt fine in March is flat by September. At 50 kg/m³ this core sits at the firm end of consumer bedding and recovers each morning instead of taking a set.
That is also why it feels firmer than you expect at first. You are used to sinking into something that had already given up.
Why the groove is not styling
The dip in the centre stops your head rolling out of position once you are asleep and no longer correcting yourself. Without it, a contour only works while you are awake enough to stay on it — which is to say, it does not work.
What customers say.
Frequently asked.
How long until it feels normal?
Most people notice a difference on night one, but full adaptation takes two to three nights. Your neck has been compensating for a flat pillow for years, so give it that long before deciding.
Which side do I sleep on?
The taller edge is for side sleeping, the shallower edge for your back or your front. Flip the pillow to switch. You do not need to choose when you order.
I sleep on my front. Will it work?
Yes. Use the shallower edge — it keeps your neck close to straight instead of craned over, and the arm cut-outs give your arms somewhere to go, so you can wrap around the pillow without your shoulder taking the load.
When will it arrive?
Free tracked delivery in 4 to 6 working days. You get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
What if I do not get on with it?
Sleep on it for up to 30 nights. Full refund if it is unused and in its original packaging; if it has been slept on we deduct for the loss in value, in line with Swiss and EU consumer law.
Can I wash it?
The cover unzips and machine washes at 40°C. The foam core should be spot-cleaned and air-dried rather than washed.
Will the foam go flat?
No. High-density foam returns to its contour every morning rather than compressing permanently the way fibre fill does.
