Henry Bollin, Owner of Velvet Home.

Henry holds degrees in Business Management and International Relations. He has collaborated with major electronics firms that were mass-producing products without adequate quality controls, resulting in the distribution of low-quality, defective goods. With the help of researchers at the St. Gallen University, he discovered that rigorously tested and approved products foster greater customer loyalty due to increased satisfaction.

Bernard Thanner, CEO & Marketing Expert

Bernard holds degrees in Law and Marketing. Over the past eight years, he has collaborated with major companies to enhance product research. He has identified the importance of meeting customer needs instead of relying on large marketing budgets to promote subpar products, as exemplified by platforms like TEMU and AliExpress. Bernard found that this approach is not a sustainable business growth strategy, as it ultimately leads to customer dissatisfaction and frustration.  

Andrew Bäller, Product Engineer.

Andrew holds an engineering degree from ETH Zurich. His philosophy is that products should be tailored to a specific audience rather than the other way around. He has conducted research on how to improve homes through technological advancements such as "Smart" & AI integrations in various products.
